The cost for patients who are not eligible for a free influenza vaccine is $40
This year the practice is providing two different influenza vaccines:

COVID 19
COVID 19 Vaccine
We are pleased to inform you that the COVID-19 vaccine ( Comirnaty Omicron) is now available at Waikanae Health. As we continue to navigate through these challenging times, vaccination remains one of the most effective tools in our arsenal to combat the spread of the virus and protect ourselves and our loved ones.
The vaccine we are offering is a single dose recommended for individuals aged 16 years and over, following completion of the primary vaccination course. This dose is administered at least six months after either previous COVID-19 vaccination or a documented COVID-19 infection.
For those aged 12 and over who are eligible due to a higher risk of severe infection, a six-monthly dose is recommended.
A single dose is used as a primary course from 12 years of age.
We encourage all eligible individuals to take advantage of this opportunity to get vaccinated for free. Vaccination not only protects you but also contributes to the collective effort to achieve community immunity and ultimately bring an end to this pandemic. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the vaccine or the vaccination process. Your health and well-being are our top priorities, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Thank you for your continued trust and cooperation as we work together to safeguard our community against COVID-19.
