We have systems in place to ensure you get the right health care as and when you need it. This means assessing for clinical urgency.
Charges
If the doctor or nurse can solve your issue over the telephone, a charge will apply.
If the doctor requests that you come in for an appointment, there will be no charge for the ‘triage’ call.
Urgent Care Unit
- Urgent and unforeseen medical issues, for example, an accident or stroke.
- 1 issue per appointment only.
Rapid Care Clinic
- Semi urgent issues that can be solved quickly, for example, an ear infection.
- 1 issue per appointment only.
